1) Must have a hard copy of work

1. Double-spaced
2. Must not have previous edited marks on paper

2) We will not correct papers directly translated from Chinese to English
3) We can help students with:

1. Pre-writing
2. Structure
3. Content

4) We can edit for grammar and structure, however, 30 minutes is usually not enough time for both
5) We use APA format for references
6) All documents must be edited by the author before coming to the WRC, and preferably, peer-edited as well.
7) Sign-up early, time slots are limited
8) Walk-ins are welcome-many people don't show up
9) Each student can sign-up for one 30 minute time slot each week

1. Year 4 can sign up for a total of 1 hour each week, though this is not long enough for the entire FYP, so bring in the FYP in sections throughout the semester/year

10)  Priority goes to those who sign-up and show up.

1. You will loose priority if you are more than 5 minutes late.
